The Proactive Maintenance Program (PMP) can save you money and headaches. The program consists of periodic visits to your office or home to review a variety of essential computer issues. The primary purpose of the PMP is to identify problems in their early stages before they reach the “Red Lights and Sirens” mode, resulting in smoother operations and less stress for both of us. PMP participants receive a $20 per hour discount from our regular rates (specialty software not included) and are guaranteed priority response if there is an emergency situation, without incurring emergency charges.
Joining the Proactive Maintenance Program is easy; just agree to allow us to periodically check the health of your system. Each client will get a plan customized to fit their operation. Offices with more computers and a greater dependence on them will get more checkups. PMP plans start at twice a year. The maintenance visits can be used for anything, including checking backups, virus protection, or removal of malware. We can check and apply Windows updates, cleanup your computers, go through your list of “computer issues”, or discuss current malware scams with your staff.
Since we will always operate on an “As Needed” basis, unplanned calls for assistance will usually qualify as a maintenance event. In many cases, we can even do the maintenance remotely.
While smooth operations and less stress is a primary reason for periodic maintenance, ensuring the reliability and stability of your IT assets also translates into less exposure to security risks. Protecting you and your client information should be a priority.
